Frequently asked questions
Do my clients need to pay for Notion?
No. You share a page from your workspace: your clients access it with a free account, or simply through a share link, depending on the permissions you grant.
Can clients see my private notes?
No, as long as you share only the “Client portal” page and not the sessions database. The “Start Here” page explains what to share and what to keep private.
Does it work for consultants and trainers?
Yes. The wording is coaching-oriented, but the structure (client, session, goal, program) fits any one-to-one support work. Every label can be renamed.
Can I manage several clients at once?
Yes, with no limit. Each client gets a portal duplicated from the template, and they all roll up into your tracking.
Is the template GDPR-compliant?
The template processes no data on your behalf: it’s your own Notion workspace. You remain responsible for your clients’ personal data and for the sharing settings of each portal. Don’t use it to store health data.
Can I get a refund?
Templates are digital content delivered immediately: by buying, you ask for immediate access and waive your right of withdrawal (see Terms).
