Frequently asked questions
Does the template connect to my bank?
No, and that’s a deliberate choice. Entry is manual: no bank credentials, no third-party aggregator. Your numbers never leave your Notion workspace.
How long does it take to keep up to date?
About fifteen minutes a month: you update your account balances and categorise the month’s spending. Everything else recalculates on its own.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. The template works fully on Notion’s free plan.
Does it work with currencies other than the euro?
Yes. The number format can be changed in the database properties in a few clicks.
Is this investment advice?
No. It’s a tracking and organisation tool. It makes no buy or sell recommendations and doesn’t replace advice from a financial adviser.
Can I get a refund?
